Gargi is a Patent Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana since September 2020. Before that, she had worked briefly as a hardware engineer at TerraBlue XT, a startup specializing in wearable healthcare, and also worked as an assistant professor for about a year at RV College of Engineering (ECE Dept.), Bangalore. She did her M.Tech (Electronics from Tezpur Central University (Gold medalist) and completed her PhD in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from IIT Guwahati specializing in control systems. She has also authored/co-authored 13 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings.

Cicily Shilpa is an Associate with Khurana & Khurana and has 7 years of experience in dealing with patent search, FTO, landscape, invalidity, infringement analysis, state-of-art (SoA), design search, evidence of use (EoU), Office Action Responses and filing in electronics/software field. She has worked in domains like Electronics, Telecommunication, Software, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automobile, Semiconductor, and Electrical for patent research, drafting of defensive publications and office action projects. Cicily holds a bachelors’ degree in Electronics and Communication Engineer and is a Registered patent agent. Prior to Khurana & Khurana, she worked with Molecular Connections Pvt. Ltd, Maxval IP ventures Pvt. Ltd and Remfry and Sagar Law firm.

Ramakrishna is an associate at Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys (K&K) and IIPRD. He has 2 years of experience in IP domain and has worked in technologies related to Mechanical, Electro- Mechanical, Software technologies etc. He has an expertise in responding to the First Examination Report and Hearing Notice, Drafting Provisional and Complete Specification, Patentability search. Akshaya is an Associate at IIPRD Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys. She is a chemist with Bachelor (Hons.) of Science and Master of Science in Chemistry from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She has over 2 years of experience in patent prosecution in India and is a registered Patent Agent.

Gurpraise is a patent Associate working with Khurana & Khurana. She did her B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology from SKUAST Jammu. She was awarded with Gold medal for securing 1^st position in university. She did Master’s in Biotechnology from University of Jammu. She has also qualified NET-JRF and GATE exam in Life sciences. She is a registered patent agent. After doing 3 months internship with the Firm, she has started working as Jr. Associate. Her main area of work is related to Patent Drafting and preparing FER responses for Patent.

Ajay is an Associate working with the Litigation Team, at Khurana and Khurana. He comes with over 7 years of experiences in Corporate Laws, Drafting, Listing Compliances and Legal matters. He has vast experience of appearing and liaising with various authorities to present the Company before ROC, RBI, SEBI, RERA, NeSL, CERSAI, NCLT, Consumer Court and District Court etc. Mr. Ajay holds his Master’s Degree in Commerce; has done LLB and is a Company Secretary. Suganya is a Senior Associate at Khurana & Khurana and of its Patent Research and Intellectual Property (IP) Asset Management Firm, IIPRD. Suganya is an Electrical and Electronics Graduate and a Registered Patent Agent (India). With an experience of over 6 years, Suganya has strong experience in IP Asset Management with focus on invention ideation and review, patentability assessment, inventor interview, patent drafting, and patent prosecution. Suganya has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for IN among other jurisdictions in technical domains including, but not limited to, communications, semiconductors, cloud computing, communication
protocols and standards, medical devices, AI-based technologies, etc.

Karanbir Singh is working as a business development associate at Khurana & Khurana Advocates and IIPRD. He is B.tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from A.C.E.T. Amritsar and has 3 years of experience in Business Development and Client Management. He is responsible for client handling, generating leads, and Trademark prosecution matters.

Pooja is an Associate at Khurana and Khurana responsible for assorted Patent Support Activities viz, Docketing Support, Pitching Prospects Worldwide, and managing DBMS (Database Management System). She owns a total experience of 7 years in the domains of IP, Customer Delight Management, and Business Development and has worked for several companies like Audi, Archelons, ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) DPS & APTECH. Sramana is a Patent Associate at Khurana & Khurana. She has completed her LL.B in Intellectual Property Law from RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur. She has attained a Bachelor‟s Degree in Information Technology from the Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology Serampore (West Bengal University of Technology). She has previously worked as a Patent Associate at Saikrishna & Associates and has also been a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Aswathi is an Associate at Khurana & Khurana with over 3 years of experience. Aswathi has done BBA, LL.B. under Karnataka State Law University and is an Advocate under Karnataka State Bar Council. Vikramaditya is an Associate principally working with the Litigation Team, at Khurana and Khurana. During his graduation year at law school while pursuing a B.A.LLB (Hons.) degree from Amity Law School, Delhi affiliated to (GGSIPU), he also completed a Postgraduate Diploma Course in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from The Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), New Delhi. Vikramaditya has previously interned as a Judicial Clerk at the Court of Hon’ble Justice Mr. Vibhu Bakhru & interned at the Chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. Gaurav Pachnanda in matters pertaining to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Medha is an Associate working with the Media & Entertainment law team at Khurana & Khurana. She is well qualified in the area of Intellectual Property Laws with a specialisation in music and copyrights. She holds a Masters degree in IPR and Technology Laws from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat and has done IPR certification courses from WIPO and Harvard Law School. She has previously worked with various artists and production houses of the film and music industry. She has graduated with a B.com L.L.B (Hons.) degree from CUSAT, Kerala and has completed L.L.M with specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. Her research area in L.L.M was on the Interface of Data Protection and Copyright. He did his graduation in B.Pharmacy from the AISSMS College, Pune University, Pune, and post-graduation M.Pharmacy from ALRAD COP, Pune University, Pune. She is involved with the patent prosecution and drafting team of the firm. During her graduating years she has interned in firms like Mason & Associates. Deeksha Prakash is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. Having graduated with a BBA LLB degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad in 2022, she soon got enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council. She has previously interned with esteemed entities such as Latham & Watkins LLP, White & Case LLP and the Chambers of Namrata Pahwa. Considering her passion towards IP law, she has also been trained in IP- related certificate courses organized by renowned organizations such as WIPO. She has been an intern with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana since August 2021 and has recently started to gain more experience with the Corporate Commercial team as well. Anvita G. Joshi is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. Having graduated with a B.A., LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad in 2022, she is enrolled in the Karnataka State Bar Council. She is experienced in the field of IPR prosecution and has handled matters before the Trade Marks Registry. She is skilled at legal research, drafting and client advisory.

Akshith is a techno-legal professional currently working as an associate in Khurana & Khurana and has over three years of work experience in the field of patent law across various technology domains. Akshith is a registered Patent Agent (IN/PA-4614) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) from BMS college of Engineering, Bengaluru and a Law degree (LLB with Honors in IP Law) from RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur. Akshith started his career as a Patent Engineer in a US-based IP Law firm and has handled patent Prosecution of Indian and US cases for some of the top technology companies. Divya is working as an Associate at Khurana and Khurana Advocates. She holds a PhD degree in Physics. She is a Women Scientist C- KIRAN IPR Trainee alumni, where she did her internship at Ibha IP Solutions, Vidhyaranyapura. She has been in the domain of patents from the past 2 years primarily focusing on drafting (Provisional and Complete). She also has experience with patent and trademark searches, and preparing response to examination reports. Before entering the IPR field, Divya worked as a content Writer (Physics) at SreeNarayana Open University, Kerala. She is a registered Patent Agent with Indian Patent Office.

Bhavya is a Junior associate in the Trade Marks and Copyrights Department at Khurana & Khurana Advocates. She graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and has interned at various leading IPR firms in order to understand the practical aspects and nuances of Trade Marks. She handles Trade Marks Opposition matters such as drafting Notice of Oppositions,Counter-statements, Evidence in support of Opposition, Evidence in support of Application, Evidence in reply of Opponent, Cease & Desist Notices and apart from that she also assists in TLA and Opposition hearings.

Mohit is a Junior associate in Trademarks and Copyright Department at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. Mohit has graduated with a B.com (Hons.) degree from Amity University, Noida; LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, Delhi University And Has Completed L.L.M With Specialisation In Intellectual Property Rights Amity University, Noida. Samrat is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. He graduated as one of the top three candidates during his time at Law School and holds a WIPO Certification in Intellectual Property, is a dynamic IP Attorney with three years of invaluable experience in Intellectual Property prosecution, strategy development, and landscape analysis. He also possesses instrumental experience in litigation, having recently been involved in major cases at Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court, Delhi District Courts, and DRT. Devanshu Bedi is an associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. He graduatedas one of the top three candidates during his time at Law School. He is a dynamic individual committed to continuous self-improvement, having 5 years of invaluable experience in Indirect Tax Litigation, Intellectual Property prosecution, Indirect Tax Planning & Advisory, Various legal & technical tax compliances and Financial Analysis in relation to GST (Goods & Services Tax) as well as the erstwhile Central Excise, Service Tax & VAT regime.

She is working in Industrial Law at Khurana and Khurana Law Firm, where she assists in legal matters pertaining to the State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (SIIDCUL). Having completed BB.A.LL.B (Hons) from Uttaranchal University in 2019. Currently she is also pursuing an LL.M. degree from Himigiri Zee University in Dehradun and She has attended the Mains exam of UKAPO 2022. She brings along two years of experience in handling matrimonial and criminal cases.

Kamal is working as an Associate at Khurana and Khurana. Kamal possesses 2 years of experience in patent analytics.
