Rinki is also responsible various Patent Support activities. She is having diploma in Computer & Programming, and post-graduation in Maths. Her role in Khurana & Khurana involves Advanced searching of Patent Journals, Searching New of various companies and pitching global clients overall IP prosecution.

Manjuraj is a Senior Associate and focuses majorly on Business Development, sales and promotional activities at IIPRD Consulting and Khurana & Khurana. He has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management, A Bachelors in Engineering Degree in Computer Science. He has close to 5 yrs of experience in Business Development, Sales, Operations and Account Management. A start-up enthusiast having had the opportunity of being part of the core teams of two early stage start-ups in the IT and F & B Sector. 3 Years of experience in business Development & account Management for IT services, Recruitment and Engineering services. 2 Years of experience in Business development and operations in F & B Domain.

Rashi is a law graduate from CSJM University, Kanpur and has completed her certification course on Intellectual Property Rights and Competition Law (IP Comp) conducted by FICCI, New Delhi. She has legal experience since 2016 and her interest area is Intellectual Property Rights majorly related to Trademarks, Copyright, Domain disputes and IP enforcement.

Ritwika has over 4 years of experience in handling Trademark Prosecutions and Oppositions. In addition to the same, Ritwika also takes care of Business Development for the Hyderabad Office. Snigdha is a Senior Associate at Khurana & Khurana in the Litigation Department. She graduated from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh in 2018. He was trained in Russia for the major overhauling course in MIG-29 aircraft. Took voluntary retirement after 21 years of service. Later, switched his career to the field of marketing, education, and administration. Served IIM, Rohtak as Senior Administrative Officer, ATDC, Gurgaon as Senior Deputy Registrar, Admin & HR, and as a Plant Head, Production Manager in manufacturing companies following vast technical and administrative experience. His qualifications include B.Sc., Diploma in Electronics and Radio Communication, MA, MBA, and PGDHRM. He is presently involved in drafting patents related to electronics and mechanical fields. She is a registered Patent Agent (INPA: 3267) with over 11 years of experience in intellectual property rights, specializing in patent drafting, prosecution, and opposition. With a solid technical background from her B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and legal expertise gained through an LL.B., she seamlessly integrates technical and legal knowledge to handle complex IP matters effectively. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive expertise in drafting patent applications, responding to examination reports, and representing clients in hearings. She is well-versed in patent opposition proceedings, appeals for rejected applications, and international patent filing procedures. Her domain knowledge spans guiding inventors through the patenting process, conducting thorough prior art searches, and providing strategic advice on intellectual property management. Rajesh has over 15 years of experience in Business Development and Sales and more than 8 years of experience in managing Business Development and Sales team for various corporates from India, USA, UK and Canada. Rajesh executes all strategic business development initiatives at IIPRD. He has a degree in B. Com (Hons) and MBA in Marketing Research and Consumer Behaviour. In his last assignment Rajesh has worked for one of the top IT MNC and maintained excellent rating for consecutive six years, he has been rated outstanding performer for consecutive four years and has been in the League of Extraordinary for consecutive two years.

With more than 7 years of experience in Patent Prosecution and Drafting, Bhanu has domain expertise in drafting and prosecution of patent applications across a wide range of technology domains including mechanical, electrical, electronics, telecommunications, automobile, and electro-mechanical domains. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. He has also completed his Law degree (LL.B.), and is a registered Patent agent with Indian Patent Office. Bhanu provides strategic advice to domestic and multinational clients including start-ups on development of their patent portfolios. Aruna is a Senior Associate working with Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys (K&K). She has done her master’s degree in Bioenvironmental Engineering from UIUC (University of Illinois at Urbana Champain), USA. Initially she worked on fuel cells in the department of NPRE, UIUC, USA and later went on to do my Masters in Bioenvironmental Engineering from UIUC, USA. She has worked as a System Engineer with specialization in Diesel Exhaust After treatment, later she, worked with UNR, Nevada as a Research Associate, focusing more on Bioenvironmental applications. Additionally, she has expanded her experience to the software domain, while specializing in Automotive Engineering.
